Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All customs sales are final.

Order Processing
Celebration Depot excepts Visa and Mastercard, Discover and American Express by using PayPal. When placing your order by credit card, you will be directed to the secure and encrypted PalPal site. PayPal requires the following information: credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code located on the back of the credit card, name as it appears on the card and address where the credit card is received and your phone number. In order to serve you best, credit card transactions are handled by PayPal, a reputable third-party payment provider. Once PayPal authorizes your credit card, we begin processing your order. PayPal is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

Order Cancellation-Damaged items
Should you need to cancel your order after it is placed, we are able to do so only if the order hasn’t already been processed or has not been personalized.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is properly packaged and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If product is damaged, we will replace it free of cost. Call us within 5 days of receipt of goods at (760)
877- 4617 for a return authorization number. Please save the damaged merchandise and packaging for return shipping instructions.
